This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances Chomrinnax (“we”) will refund or accept returns for products ordered via https://chomrinnax.world/.
Eligibility
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if: the product is faulty or not as described; it did not arrive within the agreed timeframe and we are responsible; or you have a right to withdraw under applicable consumer law (e.g. 14-day withdrawal right in the EU for distance contracts, or rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act). Refunds for change of mind may be offered at our discretion and only if the product is unopened and in resalable condition.
How to request a refund or return

Include your order reference, reason for the request and, if applicable, photos or description of the issue. Processing refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the order, unless we agree otherwise. Refunds may take several business days to appear. If we have asked you to return the product, we may process the refund after we receive and inspect it.
Exclusions
We may refuse a refund or return if: the product has been opened, used or damaged by you (except where it is faulty); the request is made outside the time limits required by law; or the product was correctly supplied and there is no legal obligation to refund. Perishable or personalised items may be subject to different rules as permitted by law.
